The Best Night Life in Barcelona

The StarTripper Journal presents the best night life Barcelona, both Night Clubs, disco and other - the Club Guide.

Our team to Barcelona are professional world-wide travellers who have tested a lot of hotels, restaurants and night clubs.

They love Barcelona, an enchanting seaside city with boundless culture, fabled architecture, world-class dining and endless night life.

Barcelona doesn't sleep – the Spanish eat late, drink late and go out very late. At the weekend night clubs are pretty much empty until at least 01:00 - 02:00 in the morning, and they go on until about 06:00. Maybe that’s why they need the siesta?

Barcelona's nightlife is trendy, varied and sometimes spectacular. Even if you aren't really a clubber at heart, it's worth going out to at least one nightclub just to see what's on offer and remember there are more and more "lounge" clubs springing up if you like to take your drinks whilst reclining!

The night holds limitless possibilities in Barcelona. Start with sunset drinks on a panoramic terrace. As darkness falls, live music transforms the city, and the cava-bars fill. If you're still standing at 2am, hit the clubs and explore Barcelona's unabashed wild side.

Currency is Euro ( € ).

Sidecar's sweaty basement club attracts a younger crowd in search of a raucous night out. It is just one room where you will find the dance floor, a long bar and a small stage area. The music varies greatly – an eclectic music selection - after midnight the DJs take over, playing anything from the new craze in modern dance music to good old-fashioned rock and roll.
