Vernick Food & Drink, a two floors nice but casual restaurant with a lovely open kitchen layout,
including the on-site wood fire oven, gives patrons the opportunity to observe their food as it's
being prepared.Chef Greg Vernick serves an honest, no-fuss menu featuring his version of new American cooking – very artfully dishes – the cuisine choices include a variety of small and large plate options, raw choices, as well as a selections served on toast. We really loved the duck toulouse sausage, grilled black sea bass with asparagus, and veal loin milanese with spring vegetables. And don’t forget “strawberry tarte“ for dessert.
Very friendly and helpful staff. We highly recommend this restaurant for real foodies!

The menu is inspired by the Mid-Atlantic region and the local growers and producers who help shape its terroir throughout the Delaware Valley. The menu features a selection of starters including raw albacore tuna, lamb tartare and sweet amalia oysters, hand-made pastas like lemon pepper fettuccine and stinging nettle rigatoni – and make space for mains like atlantic cod with smoked spinach or coulotte steak with sunchokes and gem lettuce, and don’t forget the cheesecake panna cotta.
Fork has been a pioneer of the farm-to-table movement, and Fork is still one of the very best. Excellent food, excellent service.
